SPRAY CHARACTERISTICS:

Air Jets are larger than nozzles and used when a wider area needs to be hit with the amplified air. They are significantly more efficient than nozzles although often use as much compressed air. Their best use is to replace pairs of nozzles that are used for part ejection or for blow-off applications that require greater force than that provided by air knives or air movers. Nozzles are for point use while air jets can fan out somewhat for better continuous blow-off when a row of them are made. Nex Flow air jets are all made adjustable with a lock ring to assure the security of any gap setting. They have a female 1/8" NPT and made lightweight with anodized aluminum.

Model 45001 - High Flow Air Jet and Model 45002 High Force Air Jet are physically the same size. The only difference is a larger exit opening for the amplified air flow. The high flow system is used more for cooling and light blow-off while the high force version is sued mainly for heavier blow-off applications.
Model 45003 - Mini Air Jet is the most compact air jet with high force, is adjustable and ideal for tight spaces. This is unique to Nex Flow and there is no equivalent competitive system.

Static Eliminator - Air-Blade Ionizer:
The Standard Air-Blade Ionizer combines the superior designed Standard Air-Blade™ Air Knife with a quality static bar made by Haug, a world leading static control manufacturer. Charges can be eliminated quickly, even over large distances and surface area.
The Standard Air-Blade Ionizer uses a small amount of compressed air for a powerful, and adjustable force with "laminar" flow to eliminate charges in applications where static bars cannot reach or where high speeds are a factor.
Normally the Standard Model RN Haug brand static bar can address most applications. For extremely high speeds and high charges the extra powerful VS model is used. For washdown applications (such as pharmaceutical areas), even a washable model is available at extra cost.

A SIMCO anti-static bar with airknife combine the effects of air amplification and ionisation to produce a high-velocity ''sheet'' of ionised air (amplification ratio as high as 25:1). This combined effect can be used for static neutralising and dust removal in a single operation, for instance in the automotive finishing, printing, packaging, plastics and textile industries. MINIATURE PRECISION NOZZLES
The Lee Company offers two types of miniature precision nozzles: the Spin Jet and the Lubrication Jet. Both types are constructed entirely from stainless steel for compatibility with most industrial and aerospace liquids. Both incorporate the unique installation and retention principle used in the already proven and qualified Lee valves and restrictors. Their small size and light weight make them extremely cost effective.
All Lee nozzles can be installed in any attitude; you simply install the insert in a reamed hole, and lock and seal it by pressing the pin in the insert. URR
The URR water nozzle produces a pressurized water spray which canbe continuously adjusted from a powerful straight jet, to a 160° round water curtain with a 11 meter (36 feet) diameter.

A strong rubber ring circles the diameter immediately behind the orifice, to avoid damages due to shocks.
