The BE-2/3/4 Monoblock are completely automatic machines designed for unfolding and erecting boxes. The folded boxes (flat) are kept separately from the machine motorized store and opened by suction cups. The same suction cups, acting together with an angular arm, longitudinally convey the boxes through the machine quickly grabbing the bottom flaps, folding them and so preparing the box for the sealing; in fact these machines are connected to a taping machine for the only bottom sealing: so the box is ready to be filled. All these machines are controlled by PLC Siemens.

SOCO Pack ATS - tape

The SOCO Pack ATS is a high speed, fully automatic case erector with integrated bottom tape sealer. The machine is easy to operate and adjust for different case sizes by simply turning a handle. Its compact design allows easy installation into a new or existing production line.
The SOCO Pack ATS is the perfect start of the packaging line.

Motorized box storage for 150 boxes (300 boxes – ML - on request)
Box storage available on left (SX) or right side (DX)
2 x Carriages moved by compressed air with vents to pick the plain boxes from box storage, square them and push them in the motorized driving belts (2 x Motors HP 0,18) while folding the bottom flaps & sealing them with the tape sealer K11, 50 mm (K12, 75 mm on request).
Machine controlled by PLC to synchronize the different machine movements and eventually harmonize other machines to be connected (box filler – conveyor line – carton sealer etc).
Safety Protections with switches to disconnect electrical & pneumatic if opened
Control panel equipped with:
- Box counter Low box storage alarm
- Brake/end tape alarm
- Full line alarm after the machine

The CE-10 case erector / bottom sealer erects and bottom tapes 10 cases per minute. The system features a powered case magazine, safety-interlocked guarding, and fast no-tool changeovers.

Case and tray erection on demand high flexibility, large range of pack styles
Single or three piece flat blanks of solid or corrugated board are formed into a case or tray. The packaging material can consist of a simple geometric basic shape or a variety of special shapes with attached lid and dust or side flaps.

The automatic case erectors F144/145/146 draw, erect and seal with adhesive tape the bottom flap of cardboard boxes, ready then to be filled, with a variable output between 500 and 800 boxes/hour according to the dimensions. The machine adjustments are simple and fast. They have been designed for easy use also by unskilled people. They do meet the CE regulations on safety.
