Adjustable height leveling casters allow the height of equipment to be adjusted on the caster in addition to the leveler. This is particularly useful in applications where one piece of equipment must dock to another. Standard models have 1.00+ in. (25+ mm) of adjustment and the levelers are sold separately. This casters is also used in many applications without the leveler.

Omnifloat ball castors are normally supplied with a 50% mix of 'left' and 'right' swivel trail which we recommend are fitted in a regular pattern to minimise bias for a neutral conveying surface.
Optional Polyurethane ball material has a hardness of 90 shore (A scale) providing a high resistance to 'tearing' & wear whilst retaining the non-marking properties of this long-lasting superior material.

These castors are suitable for use in heavy-duty conditions (high impact and speed). To increase the maximum load capacity and resistance to side-impact, a forged fixing plate has been developed with integrated pin and the fork sides have been shaped by drawing.

The main feature of these castors is the possibility to transform them from swivel castors into fixed castors, by engaging the brake and as such eliminating the offset. This not only increases the stability of the trolley, but also increases the stationary load capacity by approximately 30% with respect to the offset model. These castors are available in the following models:

Bush bearing bore or roller bearing bore
In the bush bearing bore, the hub contains a bush made of polyamide 6 with molybdenum disulphide to make it self-lubricating.
In the roller bearing bore, the bearing housing contains cylindrical roller bearings with polyamide 6 cage.
Axle
Axle composed of ground steel bush with bolt according to UNI EN 24017 and nut according to UNI EN 24032.
Swivel top plate bracket NL with central lock
Swivel top plate bracket type NL. The plate, the ball rice ring and the fork are made of pressed steel zinc plated finish; swivel actions: double ball greased race with dust protection seal made of polyethilene. The king pin is integral with top plate and duly rivetted. The hexagonal brake system locks at the same time the rotation of two wheels.

The caster of immobilization is the combination of a swivelling caster and an adjustable shoe of immobilization.
It supports and makes it possible to easily move heavy machines, apparatuses and to position them in a stable way.
The installation is done while descending the shoe from immobilization using a nut or a pawl.
The wheel does not rest any more on the ground and the apparatus can be levelled on the shoes in spite of the irregularities of the ground.

Our brake and swivel locking bed caster is the first North American design of this type. Designed with a cam action locking mechanism, the lever easily engages and disengages with the touch of a toe. As well as offering easy access, the lever design keeps it within the swivel radius of the caster, eliminating any interference. The assembly is available with nickel chrome finish (BC5) or zinc finish (BC45) and equipped with our non-marking Super Roll neoprene wheel complete with ball bearings.
