Johnson Pump has a long and broad experience of the design and manufacture of flexible impeller pumps. Our pumps have always stood for innovation and quality with strong emphasis on the flexible impeller itself – the main reason for the successful growth of Johnson Pump from the start some 30 years ago. Typical is the latest development – the first flexible impeller in the world produced, tested and certified according to the FDA (US Food and Drug Administration) milk compound formulation. The formulation comprises all types of foodstuffs.

Magmo pumps are designed principally to handle high viscosity abrasive sugar products, such as Molasses, Massecuite and Magma. The ellipse and scraper principle it uses was originally devised by the sugar industry itself to overcome the problems associated with pumping these difficult liquids.
The current design includes the best features from previous pumps and successfully deals with the problems common to pumping liquids such as massecuite.

Simplicity of design with only one shaft and direct drive produces robust, long-lasting pressure/vacuum generators compressors with low maintenance and running costs. These pressure/vacuum generators operate completely oil-free; the individual chambers are separated by long-life vanes. Already featuring integrated intake filter and control valve, these pressure/vacuum generators can be fitted with other accessories without a problem. The blast air cooler, which is also integrated, guarantees a very low blast air temperature. The compact cover ensures low noise and heat emission. The combined pressure/vacuum generators are additionally equipped with a second intake. This provides the capability of making minor adjustments to the suction and pressure side as well as to high blast air volumes. By way of option, the second intake can also be used as a second low-vacuum suction air supply. Optional corrosion protection also makes these vacuum pumps suitable for extracting moist air.

Dry running and self-lubricating rotary vane pump. Low vibration, nearly pulsation free, compact and in some cases reversible. Mainly used as a vacuum pump.
Free flow: 200 l/min max.
Pressure: 1.4 bar max.
Vacuum: -930 mbar rel.

| Their special design with low weight and small dimensions make the UVD units extremely compact and reliable. This is achieved through the direct assembly of rotor on motor shaft and a powerful centrifugal fan for cooling. UVD vacuum pumps are suitable for evacuation of small, closed systems with residual pressure of up to 120 mbar. |
|
These pumps have a number of vanes that are free to slide into or out of slots in the pump rotor. When the pump driver turns the rotor, centrifugal force, push rods, and/or pressurized fluid causes the vanes to move outward in their slots and bear against the inner bore of the pump casing forming pumping chambers.
As the rotor revolves, fluid flows into the area between the vanes (pumping cambers) when they pass the suction port. This fluid is transported around the pump casing until the discharge port is reached. At this point the fluid is squeezed out into the discharge piping.

VANTAGE
DC fuel transfer pumps
The all new DC pump for plant equipment featuring new innovations in design and compact in size, incorporating a new level of pump intelligence allowing the pump to monitor its own activity and performance.
Studies have shown that, in the majority of cases, fuel-transfer pumps break down because of improper handling by users, including excessive or extreme use, accidental start-ups, or simple carelessness, that can leave the pump running for hours on end. Breakdowns translate into loss of time and money while waiting for the pump to be repaired. These difficulties are overcome with VANTAGE. Thanks to new, internationally patented technology, VANTAGE automatically prevents situations from becoming critical. |

The proper use for rotary vane pumps XS is in the 1 mbar to 10-3 mbar range. VACUUBRAND oil sealed rotary vane vacuum pumps are high performance, direct drive vacuum pumps of one stage (RE) or two stage type (RZ). With small dimensions and various direct mounted accessories such as separators, full-flow oil filters with maintenance indicator and oil mist filters they are all-rounders in fine vacuum generation. Especially for applications in chemistry laboratories, they offer a high vapour capacity for water and solvents and an active corrosion protection through an oil shut-off circuit, keeping the module under vacuum and stopping corrosives from entering the pump during non-operation.
