The RMS series of tunnel metal detectors (with circular aperture) are mainly used for inspecting bulk materials in pipeline systems (gravity or airborne feed). They are also often used in the ejection area of production machines to identify rejects or broken tools.
RMS metal detectors detect all magnetic and non-magnetic metals (steel, stainless steel, aluminium etc ), even those which may be contained in the product. If metal is detected a signal is sent to the process controller or a flap is activated to remove the contaminant.
The RMS metal detector range is mainly used in industries where hygiene standards are less important. They are used to inspect products which have little or no product effect.
The size of the metal detector depends on the application and nominal width of the pipeline.

The BM-20 is a new generation, easy to use, portable, heavy duty machine designed for beveling steel plates and pipes prior to welding. This bevelling machine is fitted with two milling heads each holding six inserts, allowing smooth operation and exceptional efficiency. One set of inserts can last for up to 2000 meters of bevelled steel edge and allows to work with an output around 1.5 meters/minute (depending on the amount of the metal being removed).The BM-20 incorporates many safety features. It has a state of the art electronic control module protecting the operator, the machine and tools. It is equipped with guide rolls, which make it easy and light to operate.

Metallic Cable Management
Adaptaflex have a choice of fifteen individual metallic conduit systems manufactured either in galvanized steel or stainless steel.
A range of 3 different conduit types provide a solution for liquid resistant specifications with a further 3 conduit options in liquid tight covered steel conduit for especially demanding environments. Conduit ranges are offered in nominal conduit size from 3mm for CCTV/roller shutter doors and for protecting fibre optics cables right up to 75mm for larger cable carrying capacity.
Overbraided conduits are particularly suitable for installation in abrasive environments. Where applications call for enhanced low fire hazard properties or EMI screening then there is the option of high specification tinned copper overbraided for greater EMI protection levels.
In addition a range of fittings are specifically designed to maintain system integrity including fixed and swivel fittings, straights, 90°, 45°, and a host of accessories including locknuts, enlargers, reducers and converters. The H 250 flowmeter for liquids and gases is an all-metal flowmeter which operates on the float principle.
Depending on the flowrate, the float will assume a certain vertical position in the tube. The float position is transmitted by a magnetic coupling system to the scale. The flowmeter is designed for installation in a vertical pipe run with flow from bottom to top. The rugged construction of the H 250 variable-area flowmeter makes it particularly suitable for difficult application and environmental conditions. The H 250 flowmeter can be equipped with either the M9 or the M10 indicator.

The starting materials for HYDRA® corrugated hoses are either seamless or longitudinally welded, thin-walled tubes in which corrugations are formed mechanically or hydraulically using special tools.
Corrugated hoses are absolutely leak-tight and are employed to convey pressurised liquids and gases or as vacuum lines. Corrugated hoses are also employed as inexpensive, flexible connecting elements, as filling hoses, to absorb movements, thermal expansions or vibrations.
Corrugated hoses lined with PTFE are used especially with particularly aggressive media.

TL 312 3D SPEED
The TL 312 3D Speed plant was designed to obtain the best performances in the laser cutting of large-sized sheets with dimensions of 12000 x 3200 mm and more.
The TL 312 Speed 3D is equipped with an automatic pallet change system and with a dual portal where the tri-dimensional cutting head and the laser source are positioned. The first portal, which is very lightweight, carries the cutting head and can therefore move rapidly, performing all the required machinings with high acceleration. The second portal follows the first one like a rubber band, as it is connected to it by pressurised rubber bellows; it carries the laser source enabling all the work area to be reached and its machining tasks to be performed with consistency, precision and rapidity.
The effectiveness of Tube Tech Machinery's solution is proved by the translation speed of 100 m/min that can be reached on axis X, over three times greater than that of traditional laser systems for large-sized sheets, which carry head and source on a single carriage. The use of linear motors ensures excellent dynamic behaviour and high performance.
