The TOS9200 Series has been developed to meet a wide diversity of customer needs. Including the refinement and enforcement of Kikusui%'s former Series, its specifications reflect the results of detailed study of our large database of user%u2019s requirements including special orders and modifying specifications.
The TOS9200 Series consists of four products the testers TOS9200 and TOS9201, and the high-voltage scanners TOS9221 and TOS9220.
The TOS9200 is equipped with AC withstanding voltage and insulation resistance testing functions, while the TOS9201 has a DC withstanding voltage testing function in addition to these two functions. The power block, a core component, employs a high-efficiency switching power supply and a switching amplifier based on PWM systems. These features realize high power and enhanced stability, as well as reducing the size and weight of the unit. When combined with the earth continuity tester TOS6200, the TOS9200 Series integrates three or four types of tests in a single process. Furthermore, when used together with the high-voltage scanner TOS9220/9221 (equipped with a contact check function), the tester is capable of automatically checking test points for up to 16 channels, thereby facilitating a safe, reliable automatic testing system.

The LINECHEK Model 620L is a fully automated Line Leakage tester that can be configured to perform 8 of the most commonly required Line Leakage tests. The 620L has the most common measuring devices (MD's) already incorporated into the instrument and can perform patient lead tests with an optional scanning matrix. The 620L also features a continuous run capability which allows the DUT to be run without shutting down between line leakage tests. This remains true even in reverse polarity conditions. When configured with an optional Run test feature, the 620L can also monitor minimum and maximum readings for Voltage, Current, Watts, Power Factor, and Leakage Current. It can be configured for use in stand alone applications or as part of a test system when interconnected to any Associated Research Hipot or Ground Bond tester. The 620L may also be interconnected with the AC1000 Power source to provide clean power to the DUT and allow for full adjustment of DUT input voltage. For automated control of applied part test points, the 620L may be combined with the SC6540 modular scanning matrix. Lastly, Ethernet, RS-232 or GPIB communication interfaces allow for the automated control of the instrument.

The OMNIA 8100 series is a family of multi-function electrical safety compliance analyzers that consist of three models. OMNIA 4, model 8104, is a 4-in-1 instrument that provides AC/DC Hipot, Insulation Resistance and 40 Amp Ground Bond/Continuity tests. FULLTEST4058 model was designed from HT ITALIA to performing essential tests in industrial environments on electrical machines devices and partially type-tested assemblies (PTTA) in compliance with EN60204-1 and EN60439-1 respectively.
The meter principally performing Continuity test on potential equalising conductors with >10AAC test current, Insulation Resistance with 500VDC test voltage and Withstanding tests with 1000AC test voltage (for electrical machine devices) and 2500V test voltage (for individual test on PTTA assemblies switchboards).
Withstanding test is performed also in BURN mode with no limits on trip-out current. Discharging Time measures of internal capacitance and on external plugs of device under test complete the list of possible test with this meter.As FULLTEST4050 more advanced model also FULLTEST4058 have a built-in internal memory to save all measurement results and a RS-232 PCs interface for directly transfer of saved tests by dedicated Windows software.

Surge Protection Devices (SPD) are also known as Transient Voltage Surge Suppressors (TVSS). These devices can comprise a complex arrangement of varistors, transorb diodes and gas arresters. The function is to divert lightning surge energy away from electrical or electronic equipment. They are activated by the steep voltage impulse generated by a lightning strike and are designed to conduct tens of thousands of Amps in impulse energy. Typical impulse tests for SPD devices include energy absortion (8/20us or 10/350us), duty cycle (8/20us), Clamping voltage (8/20us) and Combination Wave Tests for devices connected in the AC power main.

Hydratron has many years of experience in designing and manufacturing Relief Valve Test Benches ( PSV Test Benches ) which are suitable for testing 1/2" up to 24" valves having screwed or flanged connections at pressure of upto 14,500 PSI ( 1,000 Bar ) using water or gas as the test medium.
Valves under test can either be hydraulically clamped or fastened to the test bed and safety shields are fitted to protect the operator.
Panel mounted test gauges monitor the pressure in the valve undergoing test and full data logging facilities can be provided which allow charts to be produced and test data to be stored for future reference.
Portable units can be supplied with fork lift pockets or mounted within containers complete with lifting tackle, work bench and vice.
Alternatively static units are available for installation in maintenance workshops or production lines.

Safety valve test station VC25SRV
The Ventil VC25-SRV safety (relief) valve test rig allows testing with air and liquid and is designed to comply with API-567 for flow design and API-527 for seat tightness testing. The VC25SRV features a hydraulic operated 3-claw clamping system, design for quick clamping of safety valves with flanged and thread connections.
The test unit can apply a clamping force of 25 metric tons and suitable to test valves in range 1/2"-10" The VC25SRV safety valve test rig has a build in accumulator to comply with the safety valve test standards.
