Hydraulic cylinder for mold and tool QUIRI

Hydraulic block actuator used by mould-makers to produce the motion required for ejection inside moulds.

This compact actuator is made up of three single-part components :

- the body, with roller burnishing of bore
- the hardened piston-rod
- guide ring

The advantage of such a design is that it minimises replacement requirements and prevents leakage.

We can supply a wide range of standard double acting block actuators with diameters from 16 to 200mm. Special strokes can be produced on demand. A key groove is also present as standard which prevents cylinder movements when the pressure get over 160 bars. The whole range is available with standard seals (Nitrile) or with Viton seals for temperatures from 100° to 150°C.
