OverviewAnti-Breakage Bars are stiffening bars designed to prevent breakage of fragile stone pieces during lifting, handling and installation. Quick to attach and rubber-lined, they protect marble, granite and engineered stone by distributing loads and minimising point pressure.
Applications- Safe handling and lifting of stone slabs and fragile stone elements on site and in workshops
- Protection during transport, movement and final installation
- Use with lifting clamps, suction systems or mechanical handling devices to stabilise thin or weakened pieces
Features- Rubber-lined bar and rubber-lined individual jaws to cushion the workpiece and reduce hard point compression
- Full-grip hand knobs for secure manual adjustment with bare hands or gloves
- Bottom jaws connected by a rod sliding through the upper jaws; keyways and keys prevent separation and twisting of jaws and remove need for auxiliary alignment pins
- Constructed from extruded anodized aluminium, stainless steel and zinc-plated steel
- Supplied and sold in pairs
