Product
DSF-PE2 Series servo progressive presses are 2-point straightside presses designed for metalforming production with capacities from 4000 kN to 12500 kN. Frames use tie-rod construction and FEM-verified components to limit deflection under load to below 0.1 mm/m. Structural parts are manufactured from quality-controlled steel plates and thermally stress-relieved after welding.
Drive and control
Equipped with AIDA proprietary high-torque, low-speed servo motors optimized for presswork. The AIDA servo package permits precise adjustment of slide motion and stroke length according to part height, and fine control of impact speed on material to improve productivity, die life and reduce maintenance.
