OverviewThe DSF-P2 Series is a family of high-precision, high-rigidity 2-point straight-side servo presses engineered for progressive-die stamping. The tie-rod frame with minimal overall bearing clearances reduces breakthrough and noise, improves long-term accuracy and extends die life. Left/right shaft configuration with wide spacing between connection points resists off-center loads, and a proprietary torque unit prevents reverse-load transmission to the drive gears. Components are machined in-house to achieve total clearance at JIS Special Class or lower. Built-in dynamic counterbalances and dynamic balancing of slide and upper die reduce vibration and enable stable high-speed production. Machining compensates for the minimal deformation occurring on assembly to ensure high-precision assembled components.
Key features- Forged eccentric shafts on a very low-deflection tie-rod frame with dynamic balancing of slide and upper die
- Built-in dynamic counterbalances reduce vibration and support stable high-speed operation
- Minimizes breakthrough during blanking to extend die life and improve part accuracy
- Highly rigid frame capable of progressive stamping of thick sheet metal
- Symmetric front-to-back and left-to-right design maintains high dynamic accuracy
