Description

Description
MCX-S2 are mechanical straight-side, tie-rod construction presses engineered for high-precision metal stamping. Frame components are FEM-verified and manufactured from quality-controlled steel plates with thermal stress relief after welding to limit deflection under load to below 0,1 mm/m, reducing elongation and improving stamping accuracy.

Drive & Configuration
The MCX-S2 presses feature a high-performance air-friction combination clutch and brake and a quill-mounted flywheel with optional medium or high energy drives. Drive configurations include single or double eccentric gear drive. Multiple stroke lengths, die height options and zero-clearance roller-type slide guides are available to suit progressive and transfer die applications.

  • Self-contained counter-balance cylinders reduce packing wear, lower maintenance and eliminate air surge tanks.

  • Equipped with AIDA Hydraulic Overload Protection (HOLP), a high-flow hydraulic overload protection system with very fast response time.
