The Astor 8 Digit Gerber centrifuge is a fully digital unit designed for quantitative determination of fat in milk and dairy samples according to the Gerber method. It accepts up to 8 butyrometers and integrates preset heating and safety controls to ensure reproducible results in laboratory and on-site dairy-testing environments.
