CryoTouch 1 is a single-sample automatic cryoscope for rapid determination of milk cryoscopic point variation caused by added water, in compliance with IDF-ISO 5764:2009.

Additional notes
CryoTouch 1 enables milk laboratories and dairy processors to perform official analyses based on the ISO reference method. The device includes a dedicated lactose-free function to monitor lactose removal in milk and cream.
