Overview
CryoTouch 20 is a carousel-based cryoscope for rapid determination of milk freezing point variation caused by added water, fully compliant with the IDF-ISO 5764:2009 reference method. The instrument features a 7" full-colour touchscreen, real-time freezing-curve display, internal memory for over 4,000 results, CryoSoft Touch PC software for data management, USB ports for data export and firmware updates, and optional USB barcode/QR-code reader support.

Application
Designed for milk testing laboratories and dairy quality control to perform official ISO-based analyses, detect added water and monitor process changes. The dedicated lactose-free function supports monitoring of lactose removal in milk and cream during processing and quality checks.
