Overview
AstorShake shaking waterbath holds up to 24 butyrometers and provides continuous agitation at a controlled temperature to dissolve hard cheeses quickly and reproducibly for the Gerber method. The tall stainless-steel tank allows butyrometers to be immersed up to their scale. The high-shape stainless-steel lid reduces evaporation and limits humidity increase in the laboratory.
