Overview
The AXXAIR CC1100 orbital cutting machine is engineered for extreme large-diameter pipe cutting, handling outside diameters from 711 to 1080 mm (28–42.52 in). Its orbital saw blade rotates concentrically around the tube to deliver square, high-precision cuts while preserving roundness, even on thick-walled materials. Suitable for carbon steels, stainless steels and exotic alloys, it provides consistent performance on the largest pipe sizes.

Power & Drive
Pneumatic or electric drive options with 1200 W motors (110 V or 220 V, 50–60 Hz electric). Stainless-steel concentric clamping system with stainless jaws prevents deformation and contamination. Advanced blade control, smooth rotation and optional automatic rotation and clamping improve repeatability, safety and productivity.
