Overview Achieve precise, deformation-free cuts with the AXXAIR 81M orbital cutting machine. Engineered with stainless-steel concentric jaws, the unit prevents tube deformation, especially for thin-walled tubes, by securely clamping each piece for a consistent perpendicular cut. The orbital saw moves smoothly around the tube, ensuring repeatable precision that minimizes the gap between tube ends and reduces or eliminates the need for additional facing. Designed for flexibility, productivity and portability, the 81M is suitable for tube-to-tube alignment in automatic and orbital welding applications. While the 81M focuses only on cutting, other AXXAIR frames can be scaled for beveling and welding uses.
