Overview
The CC421 orbital cutting machine is engineered for precision orbital cutting of tubes and pipes from 8.625" to 16" (212–422 mm). Using a rotating saw blade that travels concentrically around the tube, it produces square, burr-free cuts while preserving roundness and minimizing distortion. Suitable for carbon steel, stainless steel and exotic alloys, the CC421 delivers repeatable results in industrial environments.

Power & design
Available with electric (standard or fast) or pneumatic drive. Electric versions use 1200 W motors (110/220 V, 50–60 Hz). The stainless-steel concentric clamping system with multiple contact points secures the tube and protects against contamination. A smooth rotation wheel, short blade-to-jaw distance and a penetration lever reduce vibration, extend blade life and improve operator safety and productivity.
