Adsorption dryer DRYBERG® AD150 for continuous removal of water vapor from compressed air to reduce the pressure dew point.

Description
The AD‑series dryer features two columns filled with treble adsorbent beds, an integrated control with LCD display, switching valves, pressure gauges, support frame and dedicated filter housings. Adsorption occurs under pressure in the active column while the second column is regenerated using a portion of already dried compressed air decompressed to ambient pressure.

Process / Operation

• Twin‑column (dual‑tower) adsorption with alternating operation
• One column adsorbs under pressure while the other is regenerated by a decompressed purge stream
• Automatic column switching to ensure continuous drying without outlet pressure drop
• Integrated control with LCD for cycle monitoring and parameter adjustment
