Static fermentation chamber RPFI series

All integrated, this equipment allows the relaxation of the dough pieces as well as the shaping. The RPFI is mobile thanks to wheels (2 brakes) located under the frame. Delivered as standard with synthetic felt gutters, they can be fitted with 650gr or 1000gr pockets. Choice of felt or monofilament nylon. Mixing is also possible. Integrated in the bolting plan for loading, the flour container is placed on the electrical box during unloading. Semi-automatic version: • Unloading by timer • Maintenance cycle: During an adjustable time, the balancelles stop in front of germicidal lamps and fans which allows to eliminate germs and to dry the felts. • Personalized scale: Automatic search for the first scale loaded at the end of the filling of the RPFI in order to position it for unloading A guarantee of robustness The self-supporting structure of the swing with integrated shaper is made of epoxy painted steel of food quality. All the pinions are fixed on spacer shafts which ensure an excellent rigidity. Easy maintenance / adjustment The RPFI is mobile thanks to wheels (2 brakes) located under the frame.
