Description

Overview
  • Designed for economical and efficient machining of aluminium, PVC and thin-walled steel profiles with the profile bar stationary to protect profile surfaces.
  • Routing, drilling and tapping operations are carried out while the profile bar is stationary; tapping without compensation chuck.
  • Intelligent control technology and a state-of-the-art 3-axis controller improve machining results and reduce energy consumption.
  • Dynamic servo drives enable fast positioning of the machining unit up to 60 m/min; absolute rotary encoders eliminate axis homing.
  • Automatic clamp recognition and positioning prevents collisions; ergonomic inclined bed improves operator access.
  • Power-Torque air-cooled routing spindle 8 kW (S1), max 24,000 rpm, enclosed speed control; tool holder HSK-F63; automatic tool changer 4 positions (expandable).
  • UPS, Windows OS, 15.6" panel PC (i3) with USB and network; eluCam for simple program entry during operation; remote online maintenance.
