Product overview
SBZ 125/85 is an enclosed‑cabin profile machining centre with five axes and an 8 m working length. Its dynamic shuttle (pendulum) operation enables parallel loading and milling, allowing the machine to replace two smaller machines. It is designed for aluminium, PVC and thin‑walled steel profiles and focuses on reduced setup times, improved access and ergonomics.

• New tool‑change technology: faster changeovers and a larger linear tool magazine to increase usable workspace.
• Ergonomic clamp system: adjustable clamps on the Y axis and autonomous clamp positioning for fast, tool‑free conversion between profile widths and sections.
• Dynamic shuttle operation: parallel routing and insertion of material to increase throughput and permit machining of long parts extending beyond the machine centre.
• Integrated safety and access control: programmable laser scanner with three‑zone division and removable central protection for pendulum mode.
• High‑speed electrospindle and tool interface: 7 kW (S1), up to 20,000 rpm, toolholder cone HSK 63F; magazine capacity up to 12 tools.
