The WASAG Model 288 is a manual film applicator (doctor blade) fitted with two applicator edges to apply reproducible theoretical coating thicknesses. Constructed in corrosion-resistant steel for long service life and industrial handling.


Technical description
The Models 288 and 360 are doctor blades with fixed gap heights selectable in the range 15–2000 µm. The Model 288 is equipped with two applicator edges so that two theoretical layer thicknesses can be produced with a single device. Both models feature corrosion-resistant construction and an 80 mm / 120 mm / 180 mm / 230 mm application width.


Ordering note
The instruments are double-sided with gap heights from 15 µm to 2000 µm on the two sides – please specify the required gap when ordering.
