Description
BETE's TW clog-resistant spiral nozzle is an energy-efficient stationary tank washing nozzle designed for vessels with small openings. It produces opposing spiral sprays that form multiple concentric cones, creating alternating bands of coarser and finer droplets to maximize surface coverage while using less water than conventional designs. The compact geometry provides sizable free passage and straightforward maintenance.

How It Works
Stationary nozzles have no moving parts. The TW spiral geometry shears fluid along the spiral path to generate multiple concentric spray cones, producing an effective rinsing and scrubbing action superior to standard static spray balls for light to moderate soils.
