Description

Overview
BETE is the original inventor of the spiral (also called pigtail, corkscrew or helix) nozzle. Its one-piece, no-internal-parts construction delivers clog-resistant operation and high energy efficiency. Compared with whirl-type nozzles of similar flow, pressure drop and angle, TF spiral nozzles produce considerably smaller droplets for finer atomization. All models referenced here use a 3/8 NPT inlet.

How Full Cone Spirals Work
The spiral pattern is formed by fluid shearing along the spiral turns, creating multiple concentric hollow cones. This generates two to three bands of coarser droplets surrounded by wider bands of finer droplets, yielding full-cone coverage.
