Description

Description
The patented MaxiPass® (MP) design combines two S-shaped internal vanes in a whirl-style full cone nozzle to maximize free passage and resist clogging. The MP achieves atomization by internal swirl, yielding medium to coarse droplets and a more uniform spray pattern than spiral nozzles. Models are supplied in 1/2 NPT connections and are available in 316 stainless steel and polypropylene variants for demanding industrial applications.

How Full Cone Nozzles Work
The axial full cone nozzle uses internal vanes to stabilize and swirl the liquid before it exits the orifice, producing a uniform conical spray with full coverage across the target area.
