Overview
BETE's HydroWhirl® Mini (HWM) is a fluid-driven, self-flushing compact rotary tank cleaning nozzle manufactured from FDA-compliant 316L stainless steel with PEEK slide bearings for extended service life and reduced maintenance. Designed for small tanks up to 6.5 ft (≈2 m) diameter, the unit features a 3/8 FNPT inlet and delivers vigorous 360° spray coverage at 7.5 GPM.

How it works
Rotating tank cleaning nozzles use the reaction force of the cleaning fluid to generate rotation. This produces greater mechanical impact than static spray balls, improving cleaning efficiency and reducing cycle time and resource use. The HydroWhirl Mini converts fluid reactionary force into vigorous rotation and a complete 360° spray pattern while its self-flushing design minimizes maintenance.
