DescriptionThese through-style locator pins are part of the Flex clamping locator system. They are designed to be mounted on fixture bases and plates for accurate locating and positioning and provide reliable re-positioning with 0.01 mm repeatability. Suitable for both vertical and horizontal applications. The through-style pins engage corresponding receiver bushings by screwing down a single clamping screw through the pin and bushing; this action retracts the spring-loaded receiver bushing and allows the fixture plate to contact the base plate. Manufactured from nitrocarburized treated 4140 alloy steel for improved wear resistance.
