Overview
The locator receivers are used with Flex locator pins. In combination, these parts are designed to be mounted on fixture bases and plates for accurate locating and positioning and allow for precise repeatability when moving to a new machine or different operation. Used in both vertical and horizontal applications. The through-style locator pins engage with the corresponding receivers by screwing down the single clamping screw through the pin and receiver. This retracts the spring-loaded receiver, allowing the fixture plate to contact the base plate.

Materials & Finish

• Body: heat-treated 4140 alloy steel
• Body treatment: nitrocarburized treated with a black oxide finish
• Tapered bushing: 4140 steel, nitrocarburized treated

Application / Compatibility
Use with Flex CP721 locators. Through-style receivers engage with through-style locator pins by screwing the single clamping screw through the pin and receiver to retract the spring-loaded receiver and allow fixture-to-base contact.
