Short description
The GeoFilter Oil removes oil mist produced by machining processes and prevents condensation in central extraction piping. Designed for conventional and CNC machines, it is available in two diameters: ø100 and ø160. The unit includes a detachable stainless-steel filter mat and an integrated oil drainage tap to return captured oil to the machine, simplifying maintenance and reducing waste.

Product information
The GeoFilter Oil is intended to capture oil mist at the source or in local extraction lines before it condenses in the central system. The ø100 version is suitable for conventional lathes, smaller milling machines and wet grinders; the ø160 version is designed for high-performance CNC centres and larger lathes. Filter area: 0.13 m² (ø100) and 0.19 m² (ø160). The unit features a removable bottom with an integrated tap to collect and return oil to the machine. For best results, install an oil separator at each machine. The GeoFilter Oil can be used with extraction arms to improve point-source capture.
