Product overview
The GFB2 filter is an industrial air filtration unit for processes such as welding, grinding, sanding, plasma/laser cutting and powder coating. It captures up to 99.9% of hazardous particles from extracted air and is available in versions with airflow capacities up to 7,200 m³/h. The unit features an automatic compressed-air pulse cleaning system, a filter control system (timer-based standard; differential pressure control optional), and a galvanised steel enclosure for extended service life.

Design & maintenance details
The automatic cleaning system uses compressed-air pulses to dislodge dust from the filter cartridges, ensuring consistent filtration performance and prolonged cartridge life. A timer-based filter control is supplied as standard; differential pressure control is available on request. Hinged double doors provide quick access to filter cartridges and the collection bucket for fast emptying and servicing. The unit is designed for indoor installation; outdoor placement is possible if mounted under a protective roof to avoid condensation and weather exposure.
