Product overview
The GeoFilter Oil efficiently removes oil mist produced by machining operations to protect central ducting from condensation. Suited for conventional and CNC machines, it is offered in two connection sizes (ø100 and ø160). The unit includes a detachable stainless-steel filter mat and a removable bottom with an integrated oil drain tap to collect and return captured oil to the machine for easier maintenance and reduced waste. Constructed in powder-coated steel for industrial indoor use. For optimal results, install an oil separator at each machine.

Additional details
Available sizes: ø100 (recommended for conventional lathes, milling machines and wet grinders) and ø160 (for high-performance CNC machining centres and lathes). Filter area: ø100 = 0.13 m²; ø160 = 0.19 m². The removable bottom and tap facilitate oil collection and return to the machine. Recommended integration: pair with an oil separator at each machine. Compatible with extraction arms such as MINI Arm or ASA arm to enhance local capture of oil mist.
