OverviewThe LR30 is a CO2 galvo marking system designed for non-metal materials including wood, paper/cardboard, leather, fabrics, acrylic/PMMA and coated plastics. Available in 30/50/100 W with standard 200×200 mm field (optional 300×300 mm). Up to 7,000 mm/s scanning speed and stable water cooling support continuous production. EZCAD (Windows) enables graphics, 1D/2D codes and date/lot serialization for manufacturing workflows.
Key Features- Compact footprint: space-efficient layout and tidy routing for placement near assembly lines or workstations.
- Accurate positioning: red-light preview and focus gauge/range-finding reduce setup time and trial runs.
- Thermal & exhaust management: water-cooled optics and exhaust interfaces keep output stable and optics clean.
- Fixture compatibility: accommodates Z-axis variation and optional rotary units for cylindrical parts.
Friendly Interface & Workflow- EZCAD (Windows): layered parameters, batch templates, variables/serialization, date/lot and 1D/2D code support.
- Automation-ready: CSV/database connection for auto-generated serials and QR content to reduce manual input.
- Material presets: save templates by material–lens–effect for repeatable results and quick operator changeover.
- Traceability: optional permissions and batch export for production logging.
Imported Components & Stability- Optics: high-stability galvo scanners and F-Theta lenses for consistent spot size across runs.
- Electrical & cooling: oversized power margin and recommended chiller temp 18–22 °C to extend tube life and beam quality.
- Design for uptime: dust-resistant layout and clean cable routing reduce random failures.
Applications & MaterialsOptimized for non-metals: wood/bamboo, paper & cardboard, leather/PU, fabrics, acrylic/PMMA, painted/varnished surfaces and coated plastics. Can mark anodized aluminum dye layers or coatings (for bare metals use a fiber marker).
- Packaging & logistics: date/lot, barcodes/QR on cartons and labels.
- Signage & creative goods: logos and decorative marking on wood, leather and acrylic.
- Apparel & accessories: leather patches, fabric patterning and light shading.
- Personalization: coated-plastic housings with custom graphics.
Recommended Starting Parameters- Birch plywood (dark mark): 30 W — 300–600 mm/s @ 25–40% | 50 W — 500–900 mm/s @ 20–35% | note: low air; +0.3 mm slight defocus deepens shade.
- Solid wood (fine linework): 30 W — 600–900 mm/s @ 15–25% | 50 W — 900–1300 mm/s @ 12–20% | favor higher speed + lower power for fine lines.
- Leather / PU (dark mark): 30 W — 400–700 mm/s @ 18–30% | 50 W — 700–1100 mm/s @ 15–25% | minimize dwell; strong exhaust recommended.
- Paper / Cardboard (crisp codes): 30 W — 900–1500 mm/s @ 8–18% | 50 W — 1300–2000 mm/s @ 7–15% | no air; higher speed for cleaner edges.
- Acrylic / PMMA (frosted finish): 30 W — 300–500 mm/s @ 20–35% | 50 W — 500–800 mm/s @ 18–30% | focus −0.2 ~ 0 mm; avoid deep ablation.
- Anodized aluminum (dye layer): 30 W — 500–800 mm/s @ 20–30% | 50 W — 800–1200 mm/s @ 18–28% | CO2 acts on dyed/coated layer only.
Options & Accessories- F-Theta lenses: 150 / 210 / 300 mm
- Rotary attachment for cylindrical goods (cups, bottles)
- High-efficiency fume extractor & filters
- Auto focus gauge / motorized Z-axis (regional availability)
Quality & Production Tips- Lens selection: 300×300 mm covers larger parts but increases spot size; use 200×200 mm for fine text <1 mm.
- Cooling: keep chiller at 18–22 °C for stable beam and extended tube life.
- Exhaust & air: efficient fume extraction is essential; use gentle air for wood/leather.
- Code readability: choose high-contrast substrates and verify with a camera/verifier; module size ≥8× spot diameter.
