Description

Overview
The MS series are thumb-sized (27.6 × 16.8 × 13 mm) spectrometer heads developed for installation into mobile measurement equipment by merging MEMS and image sensor technologies. The MS series integrates a CMOS linear image sensor with a built-in light receiving slit and a nanoimprint grating on a convex lens, producing a spectrometer with less than one-third the volume of the RC series.

Features
  • Compact thumb size: 27.6 × 16.8 × 13 mm
  • Lightweight: 9 g
  • Spectral response range: 640–1050 nm
  • Spectral resolution (FWHM): typically 15 nm; maximum 20 nm
  • Designed for integration into mobile or embedded measurement systems
  • Wavelength conversion factor provided on test result sheet
