Product overviewThe C9405CC is an integrated polychromator module combining optical elements, an IR-enhanced back-thinned CCD image sensor and a driver circuit. Input light is delivered to the TG series entrance via optical fiber and the measured spectrum is transmitted to a PC over USB 1.1 for data acquisition. The back-thinned CCD improves sensitivity in the near-infrared region compared with previous models. Evaluation software is provided to configure measurements, acquire and save data, and display spectra. DLL specifications are disclosed for development of custom acquisition software.
