Description

Overview
The C11697MB is a compact polychromator integrating optical components, a high-sensitivity CMOS image sensor and a driver circuit. Light is delivered via optical fiber to the TM-series entrance port; the measured spectrum from the built-in sensor is sent to a PC over USB 2.0 for acquisition. The device supports short integration times via a trigger input, enabling measurement of pulsed emission sources and fast readout suitable for production-line LED testing. Evaluation software is provided; DLL specifications are disclosed for custom software integration.

Measurement and usage
Connect the measurement light to the TM-series entrance port using an optical fiber. Typical ambient condition for specifications: Ta = 25 °C unless otherwise noted. The built-in trigger and fast readout allow emission spectra acquisition from pulsed light sources and short integration intervals. Evaluation software enables setting measurement parameters, acquiring and saving spectral data and displaying graphs; custom applications can use the provided DLL specification for direct control and data retrieval.
