Hansheng Automation not only provides spline shafts in standard specifications but also offers customization services according to your requirements. We guarantee product quality and provide a wide range of services for your customization needs.
Core Product Features:
- Multi-tooth meshing structure: Large contact area, thick teeth arrangement, and over 30% improvement in load-bearing capability compared to conventional key-driven systems make this design appropriate for heavy-duty machinery, industrial motors, and other high-torque uses.
- Material Selection: Made from 40Cr alloy structural steel, with a surface hardness of HRC45-50 after quenching treatment, offering wear resistance and fatigue resistance to extend service life.
- Geometric Precision Assurance: Strict control of dimensional tolerances between the shaft and components (e.g., H7/f7 tolerance for the minor diameter d of the rectangular spline), with alignment error ≤0.03mm (milling), reducing vibration during high-speed operation.
- Dynamic guiding advantages: Keyway side parallelism ≤0.01mm/m (milling), suitable for dynamic applications requiring axial sliding, such as transmission shift mechanisms and telescopic shafts, ensuring smooth and seamless power transmission.
- Coverage of National/International Standards: Rectangular splines: Strictly follow GB/T 1144-2001, providing comprehensive requirements for light series/medium series (e.g., 6×18×22×5 to 8×32×38×6). Customisable by criteria including ANSI B92.1 (30° pressure angle) and DIN 5482 (45° pressure angle), involute splines Support non-standard tooth counts, unusual materials (like stainless steel), and non-standard keyway designs, with fast response to tailored needs.
- Manufacturing Process: CNC milling + precision grinding.
Processing Flow:
Bar stock, forgings → rough turning → tempering → precision turning → milling keyways → heat treatment (surface hardening or carburizing and hardening) → grinding center holes → rough grinding → precision grinding → final inspection and packaging
Every batch of goods is examined under a coordinate measuring equipment to guarantee perfect compliance with key width, small and big diameters, and critical dimensions.
