Description

Overview
The Rotary Drum Peanut Roaster FL Series is a commercial drum-type roaster available in batch or continuous configurations. Using a rotating drum and selectable heating sources (gas, electric or diesel), it provides uniform roasting with precise temperature control for peanuts and other nuts. The unit is designed for integration into peanut processing lines and for industrial snack or peanut butter production.

Why you should buy the Rotary Drum Peanut Roaster
  • Rotating drum ensures even heat exposure for consistent color, texture and flavor without burnt edges or undercooked centers.
  • Available capacities cover small startups to large-scale production and can be configured for continuous lines.
  • Multiple heating options: LPG/Natural Gas, Electric, Diesel to suit site utilities.
  • Precision temperature control (adjustable up to 300°C) to roast different nut types and profiles.

How the Rotary Peanut Roasting Process Works
  • Feeding – Raw peanuts are loaded into the rotating drum.
  • Heating – Selected heat source warms the drum for indirect or direct roasting.
  • Continuous Rotation – Rotation ensures uniform heat distribution and even roasting.
  • Moisture Evaporation – Moisture reduces to target levels for desired roast and crunch.
  • Discharge & Cooling – Roasted peanuts are discharged for cooling and downstream processing.

Applications
  • Peanut butter production lines
  • Roasted nut snack factories
  • Food processing plants
  • Agricultural product processing centers
  • Nut export and packing operations
