How the shrimp peeling machine works

• Step 1: Shrimp feeding — product is loaded into the feeding system and automatically transferred into the peeling unit.
• Step 2: Shell removal — mechanical and hydraulic elements separate shells from meat, minimizing manual intervention.
• Step 3: Shrimp meat collection — peeled shrimp are conveyed to collection points for downstream processing.
• Step 4: Shell discharge — removed shells are expelled to a designated outlet to maintain hygiene on the line.
• Step 5: Further processing — peeled shrimp can be routed to washing, grading, freezing, seasoning and packaging equipment.
