Overview
The FL-CR15 is a 15 kg batch drum coffee roaster designed for small-scale commercial roasting: specialty coffee shops, micro-roasteries and coffee estates. It delivers repeatable profiles and is available with hybrid heating (direct flame plus hot air) or electric hot-air systems.

How it works
Green beans tumble evenly in a rotating stainless-steel drum while a burner provides direct heat and a hot-air stream supplements roasting. The system supports gas or electric heating and allows profile control throughout the roast. Typical roast time is 15–20 minutes per batch.
