Overview
The FoodLine sesame cleaning machine is industrial equipment for pre-cleaning sesame seeds prior to oil extraction, tahini production or snack processing. It removes stones, dust, broken seeds, hulls and other foreign materials to improve downstream processing efficiency and product quality.

Purpose
Designed for seed cleaning in sesame processing lines to increase seed purity, optimize oil yield and reduce manual sorting operations.

How it works

• Pre-cleaning: Vibrating screens remove large debris such as twigs, pods and stones.
• Air suction cleaning: Suction removes lightweight impurities including dust and loose hulls.
• Gravity separation: Gravity table separates immature or broken seeds from sound seeds by density.
• Magnetic separator (optional): Extracts metal contaminants from the seed flow.
