"NonBuren Coat" is a coating-type anti-vibration and damping material that is used by mixing a base agent and a hardener.
Once applied, the coating layer helps reduce vibration and noise. For example, it can minimize the "buzzing" sound that occurs when tapping on thin metal sheets.
By coating the source of sound or vibration, it also provides a sound-shielding effect, helping to contain noise within.
Since it contains no solvents and has no odor, it can be used safely.
It can also be applied by spray.
Applications
For use on ship propellers. A patent has been published for its application to reduce noise generated by ship propellers.
Applied to the inside of metal covers. Coating the inner surface of thin sheet metal covers helps reduce rattling and vibration noise.
Applying it to corrugated metal roofs or tread plate stairs helps reduce rain noise and the sound of footsteps.
