Product Description
The PVC Pipe Threading Machine is a heavy‑duty industrial unit designed to cut external threads on PVC and similar plastic pipes using tangential chasers. The chaser remains stationary while the die‑head rotates, allowing precise cutting of parallel and taper threads including BSPT, BSW, BSP, NPT, UNF, METRIC, UNC, ACME and BSF standards.

Design and Workmanship

Head Stock
Heavy‑duty geared head box with high‑quality casting that supports the spindle bearings. The gear box is lubricated and fitted with three extra heavy‑duty bearings for long service life.

The Bed
Pillar‑type bed with two precision steel pillars, hard chrome plated for wear resistance and smooth guidance of the saddle.

The Saddle
Saddle is accurately fitted on the pillars for smooth longitudinal travel and precise alignment with the head stock center.

The Apron
The apron provides saddle movement and head transfer along the pillars via steel rack and pinion. All gears are made of high‑quality steel to ensure reliable feed action.

Vice Jaws
Vice jaws are manufactured from heat‑treated alloy steel, mounted in a heavy‑duty box‑type vice on the saddle and aligned with the head stock center. Movement is controlled by a screw feed on the saddle.
