The IMC heat-treated die head is a revolving design suitable for hand-operated, semi-automatic and automatic threading equipment. Constructed from specially selected alloy steel and heat treated for durability, the die head supports threading up to class 3 tolerances and is capable of cutting coarse-pitch threads in a single pass. The design permits a wide convergence range and rapid setup to reduce machine downtime.
