Product Overview
A Rebar Threading Machine is used to cut external threads and remove ribs from TMT rebars for mechanical splicing and connections. IMC supplies thread cutting chasers and complete machines engineered for TMT bar sizes and industrial production environments. The equipment is intended for workshop use where repeatable, dimensional threads are required.

Materials and Tooling
IMC TMT bar tangential chasers are manufactured from imported high-speed steel meeting strict metallurgical specifications. Controlled heat treatment and inspection on imported equipment ensure tool life and consistent thread form within specified tolerances.
