The PV modulating control device provides precise positioning of hydraulic actuators in control valve systems. Designed to be used with the Proportional Valve Controller (PVR / SmarTrak), it converts electrical control signals into controlled hydraulic flow. The unit integrates a proportional valve for actuator movement and a 3/2 blocking valve with two releasable check valves to secure actuator position in case of power loss. Two Minimess ports allow pressure measurement and safe pressure release. The PV can be mounted directly on an actuator or as a sandwich/direct-mounted module on a Multi-Station Manifold (MSM). Available in four sizes, it supports mineral oil and fire-resistant hydraulic fluids for reliable operation in demanding industrial environments.
