Product OverviewThe Jianmeng XDP-1000MRP metal deburring machine is an efficient automated deburring equipment specifically designed for medium-thickness metal sheets. It is equipped with a magnetic adsorption platform and an intelligent control system, allowing precise and efficient completion of burrs, oxide layers, and corner treatments generated after laser cutting, stamping, milling, and other processing.
The equipment adopts a wide sand belt and multiple sets of roller brushes for joint operation, enabling multiple processes such as deburring, chamfering, polishing, and surface finishing in a single feed, significantly improving processing efficiency and product quality.
The XDP-1000MRP deburring, wire drawing, and polishing machine is specially designed for the surface treatment of carbon steel components. The innovative technology combines a set of wide sand belts for deburring with six universal roller brushes for chamfering, aiming to efficiently and accurately remove burrs on the workpiece surface while achieving edge chamfering and surface stretching effects, improving surface quality and appearance, meeting the precision and quality requirements of different industries for carbon steel surface treatment, and enhancing production efficiency and product value.
This equipment can adjust different parameters and select suitable abrasives according to different processing requirements and is equipped with a 5KW wet dust collection system.
Main Components- CNC Display Screen: A key component of the CNC deburring machine, responsible for centralized display and control of all operational parameters during the deburring process, improving machining efficiency and accuracy. It provides real-time feedback and allows precise parameter adjustments to ensure workpiece quality.

It removes excess material through friction with the workpiece surface, improving surface quality and appearance.

Its working principle is to achieve deburring, chamfering, and surface finishing effects by rotating the bristles in contact with the workpiece surface.
Comparison Before/After Deburring- Before Deburring: Rough edges and sharp burrs affect assembly precision. There may be an oxide layer and slight unevenness on the surface, affecting subsequent processing or coating adhesion.
- After Deburring: Smooth edges without burrs improve product safety. After polishing or brushing, the metal surface becomes more exquisite and beautiful. Dimensional accuracy is improved to ensure better assembly quality. The removal of the oxide layer is beneficial for subsequent processes such as welding, painting, and electroplating, improving coating adhesion and durability.
