Product OverviewThe XDP-800RPRT deburring machine is designed for deburring, edge rounding, and wire drawing on various metal parts to enhance surface quality and precision. It allows for multiple surface processing tasks in one stop, improving production efficiency and product quality stability. The integrated XDP-800RPRT machine is equipped with two wide sanding units. Driven by sanding rollers, the sanding belts rotate at high speed to remove slag particles, oxide scale, large burrs, and other imperfections from the workpiece surface while performing wire drawing processing. It also features a polishing roller that rotates at high speed and frictionally contacts the workpiece surface, creating a uniform and fine wire drawing effect. The machine is equipped with a 5.5 kW wet dust collector. Dust removal method: dust generated during operation is effectively extracted through the dust collection port, eliminating the risk of dust explosion and maintaining the internal cleanliness of the equipment.
CNC Display ScreenThe CNC display is a key component of the polishing machine, responsible for centralized display and control of all operational parameters during the deburring process, thereby enhancing processing efficiency and precision. The CNC display screen not only provides real-time feedback but also allows operators to make precise parameter adjustments as needed to ensure part quality.
