Product Description
The Jianmeng XDP-1000RPR Precision Deburring Machine achieves efficient and precise deburring and surface treatment functions through the coordinated use of sand belt polishing, universal roller brush chamfering, and vacuum adsorption system. The roller brush has the functions of self-rotation and revolution, which can deeply process burrs on the edges and hole positions of the workpiece, while achieving uniform chamfering and drawing effects. Using a high-damping rubber conveyor belt, combined with a strong vacuum suction fan, to ensure the stability and positioning accuracy of the workpiece during high-speed operation. The XDP-1000RPR integrated deburring and wire drawing machine can efficiently process the edges of metal parts and plates, remove rough burrs left during the manufacturing process, and ensure smooth and safe surfaces through sanding, universal roller brush chamfering, and vacuum suction system. The metal deburring machine can effectively remove the oxide layer on the metal surface and the heat-affected zone after welding, improving the adhesion of coatings and paints. The equipment is equipped with a 5KW wet dust collection system.

CNC Display Screen
The CNC display screen is a key component of the vacuum deburring machine, responsible for the centralized display and control of all operational parameters during the deburring process, improving machining efficiency and accuracy. The CNC display screen not only provides real-time feedback but also allows operators to make precise parameter adjustments as needed to ensure the quality of the workpiece.

Roller Brush
