General Description
The Jianmeng XDP-800MRRP multi-station sheet metal deburring machine is primarily used for deburring, edge rounding, and wire drawing on the surfaces of various metal workpieces to enhance surface quality and precision. This equipment integrates multiple processing technologies, such as sanding belts and roller brushes, to achieve a complete precision processing workflow from deburring and edge rounding to delicate wire drawing. It allows for the completion of multiple surface treatment processes in a single stop, improving production efficiency and product quality stability. The XDP-800MRRP deburring and rounding system is specifically designed for the surface treatment of carbon steel components. It adopts innovative technology that combines two wide sanding belts for deburring with six multi-directional roller brushes for edge rounding. This system efficiently and precisely removes surface burrs from workpieces while simultaneously achieving edge rounding and a surface wire drawing effect. It enhances both the surface quality and appearance of workpieces, meeting precision and quality requirements for carbon steel surface treatment in various industries, thus improving production efficiency and product value. The machine allows for the adjustment of various parameters and the selection of suitable abrasives based on different processing requirements. It is equipped with a 5.5KW wet dust collector. Dust removal method: The dust generated during operation is effectively collected through the dust collection port, significantly reducing the risk of dust explosion and ensuring the internal cleanliness of the equipment.
